There are a few ways to access cPanel:

 If your domain has propagated then you can use the following option:

www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

www.yourdomain.com:2082

If your domain has not proprageted then you can login by the server IP:

http://87.234.43.12/cpanel

http://87.234.43.12:2082

The IP’s above are random and are just an example.
